Get To Know Our Mechanics!
Roy has been the owner of 3C Automotive Repair since 2003 along with his loving wife Charity, and mechanic son Cody. Roy has been working on cars for as long as he can remember. He served in the Marine Corp for 8 years as a Motor Transport Operator, and after he was discharged, worked on rebuilding transmissions for the Oregon Parts Company. He has worked on many cars in his personal garage back in the day to make an extra buck, and while he was known as the “best backyard mechanic” around, he decided it was high time to go back to school and make it official. He enrolled in school full time to become an Automotive Technician, graduated top of his class, and eventually gained the ASE Certification and title of Master Technician. Roy has always loved figuring out the mysteries that lie beyond the hood of a car and enjoys working with and getting to know his customers. Many of his loyal customers are now proudly considered family here at the family owned and operated 3C Automotive Repair.
His spare time is spent with his wife and 5 kids, and volunteering at their church, Good Shepherd Community Church. Roy proudly plays the roles of parking crew member, deacon, and children’s ministry leader at Good Shepherd.
Cody has been working on cars with his dad since he was a kid. He did his first radiator job when he was just 12! Now he is an ASE certified mechanic and takes care of all the R&R (remove and replace) work, vehicle inspections, oil changes, and much more! Following in his proud father’s footsteps, Cody has always had a love for cars and we are so happy to have him working at the family biz.
Cody spends the rest of his free time also volunteering at their church, spending time with his wife, and creating art out of scrap metal found around the shop! Yes, everything is for sale!
Come on by and say “hey!” to Roy and Cody!
